Beautiful historic property that has been thoughtfully updated with clean, stylish rooms and a world class restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful and the owner checked in at dinner to make sure we had everything we needed!

Great location and beautiful accommodation. Very comfortable stay with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies you would need for a few nights stay! Convenient location walkable to everything to see in Edinburgh. Only complaint is the shower hot water lasted 30-40sec, then was ice cold.

Great little hotel, room was small but super clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to almost everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight glitch was on checking in. If room is not ready and you wait in Their lobby ask them to let you know when the room is available, if not you get forgotten. Unfortunately we got a girl who was too busy taking with her colleges and forgot us. Where everyone else that came in was told when their room was ready by other staff.
