I would like to add that Zee was and is always amazing. She makes sure that you are satisfied at every turn. She has assisted my family many times when we had to alter our plans, be it adding a night or departing early. Thanks Zee for greeting us every morning when we're heading out for the day. You make our mornings wonderful.

Excellent hotel with great staff!

My best friend and I were traveling to Tampa for business. We loved this hotel, and on a future trip to Tampa we will stay here again. We arrived very late on a Tuesday night, and the person at the front desk was able to check us in promptly. Unfortunately, there aren't any restaurants open at 2am near this hotel. Luckily, the hotel has a mini store with several options for snacks and quick meals. Also, the free water bottle we received upon check in was very refreshing and just what we needed...

Property was very clean. Staff and front desk were very friendly.

Friendly, attentive staff. The hotel is new to the area and accommodations were generally excellent. The shower doors are our only complain. The seal did not stop water from leaking onto the bathroom floor; it can be dangerous stepping out of the shower.

Overall not bad. Weird mildew smell though. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, the lobby was well kept and clean. The staff was helpful. Perfect for what we needed for a night.

A bit outdated but super comfortable and did its job of giving us a clean place to sleep! They are doing renovations which was a wee bit loud and wish we had known before booking but they were done before we went to bed so it didn’t affect sleep. The staff was excellent and kind!

Hotel & room was clean!! Staff were friendly & great!! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week roadtrip. After our mishap at the beach, we were low in spirits. We got back to the hotel late at 11pm & we were so surprised to see our room had been cleaned. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable - AND quiet! The only thing I noticed that they may want to change is when the lobby restrooms are cleaned. Both days this was during breakfast, which is of course the busiest time. This also happened while our seminar was going on, which meant when we had a break, the only restroom available to us was out of order.
