“No refrigerator or microwave. Breakfast was good. Room was good. Nice beds”

“Had a great time at this resort. The pools were very nice, as were the hot tubs and saunas. We didn't have time to explore much as we were only there for one night, but we made full use of the amenities during that time. Would definitely stay again.”

“It was bearable, especially for the price, but the pillows were awful, and the mini-fridge was absolutely disgusting. The shelves were covered in some sort of nasty, slimy, greasy substance... Despite being the lowest-priced hotel available in Williamsburg at this time, it isn't even worth the price; I've stayed in $30/night hotels and motels that were cleaner and better than this one.”

“We had a spacious suite that was just right for our trip to Busch Gardens. Our room was clean and all staff were cordial.”

“Old. Not well maintained. Smelled like cigarettes in our room.”

“Opening the door to our room, a heavy perfume hit us. As someone who has allergies, this wasn't a great start. The ac was on very cold and hard to regulate along the terrible noise it made. We shut it off. The sheets were white and seemed clean, the pillowcases were NOT white and were stained. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I don’t know about the other rooms, if it was just ours but we won’t be staying again.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……
