"Outstanding hotel. Staff were very friendly, the hotel was super clean, and the room was great. They recognised my Hilton Gold membership tier which was great as the gentleman allowed us late check-out. We saw bad reviews about the on site car park, but we managed to park and use the 3-pin plug to charge our EV overnight. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful with an allergy. I will definitely be staying here when visiting Sheffield in future. "

"Our favourite Sheffield hotel, at the moment. It is set in a beautiful location on the quayside but still easy to walk to the city centre. "Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes.
