We checked in and the front desk guy was very nice and got us in our keys very quickly (check in was the best part).. we got into our room and the room smelled of dog pee and perfume like someone tried to either clean up the pee with a cheap carpet cleaner or just sprayed the h*ll out of the room with some type of deodorizer to mask the smell.. either way it didn’t work and it smelled horrible in there AND our tv remote was missing.. odd but okay.. told the front desk person and he moved us quickly. We got into our next room and it didn’t smell as bad but was just dingy and didn’t feel clean overall.. the neighbors were slamming doors until 10:45.. it was a rough night for sure.. the next day we went for breakfast and it all (except the sausage) tasted funny.. we didn’t finish eating.. but I will say there was someone cleaning the breakfast area while we were in there which was refreshing.. but then another guest came in and coughed all over everything so we SWIFTLY left.. we will not be coming back!!

Some of the security doors don’t lock and barely shut. I reported the doors to the front desk person who said the repair person was on premises and would get them fixed. Another couple down the hall told me the door locks have been broken for a long time. I checked back at the desk when I had to get my door card reprogrammed for the third time with in 1.5 hours and was again assured the doors would be repaired. They were not repaired. The bath tub didn’t drain well and the toilet seat didn’t fit. The AC didn’t keep overnight.

All of the exterior doors, that used to require a key card are broken/do not latch. Anyone could enter the building if they wanted. I would not walk the area at night.

This property is not well maintained . Bathroom wasn’t draining , the room smelled , hallway smelled bad . The breakfast wasn’t kept up with the demands, food was cold and dining room wasn’t clean . Worst stay ever

There was an odor to the room that was being masked with an airfreshener on the A/C. Our shower did not have a hot or cold side, did not turn off either up or down and had no water pressure. The room had not been vacuumed. Our microwave had cleaned, inside or outside. Mulitple outlets and switches did not work. ...will not be returning.

The light switch upon entering turned nothing on and was not connected to any light. Toilet and shower room had no working lights or fan so could not shower. Toilet didn’t flush well and didn’t clear affluent. Parking was not handy. Driveway in front was blocked and had to back up vehicle and trailer to get around them only to find out it was staff members not guests who blocked the front door entrance for check in. Won’t be staying at Comfot Inn again.
