It’s a quiet place to relax and unwind especially if on the go like we were for the days previous to our stay. Tenby doesn’t have uber and getting a taxi isn’t the easiest as services are limited and need to be booked ahead of time. There are tea and coffee making facilities in a kitchen area (as well as in the room) and an honesty bar. All are decorated to a 5-star standard. “We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating.
