“Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . ”

“We stayed because of indoor pool, pool was closed, should get some money back for false info. Disappointed.”

“It was clean and bed was ok but soooo old and in need of upgrading! The “theme” is vintage, but furniture, carpet, bathroom fixtures/ vanities are really old, in a not cool- vintage kind of way. Also only 2 elevators for a very large hotel!”

“Bathroom door lock was not working. Break fast was not good. Room and property cleanness are not up to the mark. Swimming pool is not working. Staffs are Ok ”
