“1. 給錯房間，訂單人大床給雙床房 2. 給的第一間房已有人入住 3. 給的第二間房馬桶堵塞 4. 淋浴水很小 5. 床是凹陷的”

“Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……

“Clean and quiet. Slept great. Staff very helpful and friendly”

“Topnotch staff that were extremely helpful with an issue we had on our stay. They resolved the issue immediately! Hotel was nice and so close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, etc. We loved being so close to the Mall of America and IKEA! The breakfast was great! We always love the made to order omelets! Try to remember to bring cash to tip the nice people who make the omelets, crepes and eggs. They work hard at giving you a delicious breakfast!”

“Can you imagine a man is sleeping when I open the door at midnight?”

“The rooms were clean and updated. Housekeeping made room each day. The Airecraft grill in the hotel had a good selection of food at reasonable prices. Food was hot. Good fast service. Friendly staff. Would return to hotel again. Hotel was steps away from LRT line. Hotel was 2 stops from airport and 3 stops from Mall of America.”

“确实很好 我英语不好 老板很有耐心 主动帮订的出租车”

“Do not stay here. The place stinked, waited 30 min to be checked in. No hot water, bathroom was flooded and didn’t work half the time, the shower was full of dead bugs and rotting metal, no hot water. The stove was full of rotting metal, the carpet had a nasty smell, the bed sheets had dried blood stains, the iron had black gunk on it, the only thing that worked was the thermostat . Do not waste your time and money staying here. It was basically like living outside”
