“Poor A/C, old, not clean, not well kept.”

“I felt like this is worse hotel we stayed in. Dirty and old. Not worth $90+ we paid for it. ”

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“The cleanliness started from when we walked into the lobby. Our room was very clean as well. Everything about the room was perfect. We will stay here again. ”

“Sheets were dirty, full of hair. Shower soap dispensers were empty. No hand soap available. No ice machine on property. the cabinet under the refrigerator was rotten and pieces of it in the floor proving the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Night staff was friendly and offered to move us to another room where the TV didn't work, with double beds vs. the king bed we had booked. ”

“I still have not received a receipt for my stay which I need for my business records. I was told by a chat “helper” that I would get one but no luck. Very disappointed!”
