Unfortunately, the staff were consistently unhelpful and no one seemed particularly interested in creating a welcoming environment for guests. The pool “bar” was especially disappointing. Half of the items we tried to order from the menu were unavailable, and despite advertising a happy hour at the pool, the bar would close in the early evening.
