"It’s right next to Realto Bridge, so really convenient. It looked lovely and old world, but had air conditioning, and was clean and quiet. The staff were really helpful. There are stairs involved, and no lift, if you have mobility issues, but that goes for Venice in general"

"This hotel was pretty inside. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel staff was helpful. The hotel is about 20 mins by $1.50 tram to the main area of Venice. I preferred this area as I didn't have to drag luggage all over Venice to the hotel. Bus #15 from airport stops right in front of hotel for only $1.50. if I go to Venice again I will stay here again."

There were a few things that posed minor annoyances, however; there was no handsoap in the bathroom, working out a self-check-in over the phone included several technological issues, the AC rattled nearby wall hangings and had to be turned off to sleep, and there was no continental breakfast despite the booking stating otherwise."
