"Great location to stay in Venice. Shower was really small and A/C did not cool below 25C so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Staff did nothing to resolved the issue. Felt I was cheated out of what I paid for, and they had the gall to bill me for a bottle of water."

"It was a beautiful property very well located. Our room was a little warm even with air conditioning, but it may have been that the previous guest did not put on the a/c and the wet hard was very hot. They did bring in a fan as soon as we mentioned it to the staff. Excellent property!"
