Good ac. 5 minute walk to the beach, it is in a steep hill but there is a tramway working all day for you to use for free. There is an Oxxo and pharmacy up the hill. Walking distance from several restaurants will definitely be staying here again !"

"The beach was the most unique and beautiful part of the stay. We had our own private beach it seemed. Not crowded. The staff was so amazing. Soledad at the buffet went above and beyond. Miguel and Alejandro at the swim up bar were so attentive and the drinks were made to order. I’ll be back just as long as the people running it and the beach remain the same.
Rooms were comfortable and accommodating. A bit older and could use a bit of updating but were still in good condition. Food options had a nice variety. The Italian restaurant could use some improvement in the food preparation. Especially pizza quality. Casa Grande was our favorite along with Kamari. Buffet had a good variety and excellent service. Fresco was good but as a suggestion the wraps should be could wraps as opposed to being pressed in order to expedite the orders. It’d be a win, win for the chefs and patrons. The chefs were patient and friendly yet seemed a bit overwhelmed. Id say keep it all cold options there. Nathan did an excellent job under pressure. "
"We loved it here! We have stayed across the street at Suites for the last 7 times. (Suites and Susana are with the Los Arcos group, we love Suites also). We decided to try Susana this time. It was great! Our room was very comfortable and we loved the 4th floor pool and area to sit and relax. The staff is fantastic and will definitely stay here again. "

"The house was wonderful and the staff was excellent! I would highly recommend it! We loved having a cook!!!Please be aware that the food costs seemed to be around 200 per day for 10 people and I received an email after I booked asking for 15-20% of the total booking as a tip for their employees. "
"This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. The beach was just steps away, which provided a good breeze. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Dulce' was our chef and was amazing. Every dish she made was perfect! She had fresh guac, pico and margaritas ready for our arrival and I've never tasted better. The views from our balcony were beautiful. We loved watching the sunsets every evening. We walked around every day, enjoying the shops and one night had a great meal at a nearby beach restaurant. We are already looking to return next summer."
"The hotel and staff were great. It's just a short walk to the Malecon, and there are plenty of shops and food stands nearby, which made everything very convenient. My only complaint is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., and you have to go out to the beach to get and return beach towels. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. Beach towels need to be returned in order to check out no exceptions unless you want to pay a fee. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would stay here again if the price is right."
"Room is very clean all the time. View is spectacular. Good food at the restaurant. Staffs are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The area is a bit far from zona romantica, took uber everyday which cost us a bit more money. But it’s all worth it because of the view overlooking the ocean. Very quiet and relaxing."

"Property exceeded our expectations in every facet. We had a group of 14 friends and family members stay for a week and no one wanted to leave. Chef Beto is an outstanding chef and every meal was incredible. Danny was also amazing keeping the fun going and margaritas flowing. House manager Patricia was also a blessing in coordinating cars and a day trip to Yelapa. Cannot express enough how amazing the property and staff were. From the meals to the pool to the beach to the sunsets to watching the spotted eagle rays…. absolutely incredible. Highly highly recommend and we will return in the future. "

There was a bit of noise at times, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend! Communication with the host was excellent. "We had an amazing stay at Casa Peresozo. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for a view of the ocean and access to the beach.
