“Nice building in a residential area away from party life in Puerta Vallarta, but still super walkable. Almost no elevation change to head to the ocean. Lots of fresh produce, meat and fish within blocks. There is a super great variety of street food and restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Super clean suite with modern plumbing and a/c. The plunge pool on the roof is a great way to cool off. I’d absolutely stay here again.”

“I can't say enough good about The staff and amenities at Casa Nicole! I was there with my 2 children during the cartel violence. The General Manager & main doorman treated us so well. They made sure we were safe, and had food. They fed us when they fed their staff, when nothing else was open. They checked on us and helped us safely get to the airport. I will never stay anywhere else and I am forever grateful for how they looked out for us in a crisis situation! May God Bless them.”

The hotel itself is very nice, clean and convenient to everything in the Zona Romantica. We were there during the cartel violence and the hotel staff kept us safe and secure. They did their best under extremely difficult situations. We definitely will return and visit them again.”

The staff were great, a big shout out to the staff for feeding us on the roof kitchen, it was the best rice and beans ever! They took care of guests with compassion while be separated from their families. They were very kind.”
