"I knew there was an ocean view but, I didn’t realize we were so close to it. We enjoyed listening to the ocean waves hit the rocks everyday. The house was spacious and two kitchens and 4 patios if you include the pool deck. Josh was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed barbecuing on the patio, and going into Higuera Blanca, Sayulita and Punta Mita to eat. Definitely have a SUV vehicle and listen to the hosts recommendations for ease of staying."

"We spent our first warm Christmas at Casa Vida and it was wonderful. The house has plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax, play cards, cook and lounge around the pool surrounded by the beautifully maintained grounds. The natural light and the open air concept allow you to enjoy the ocean breeze and the natual beauty of the area all day long. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the charm of the local area."

"We rented this house for 6 days in September. The owners are very nice. Good communication, and they set us up with Adam prior to our arrival. Adam had to be one of the best hosts we’ve had, prior to arrival and while we were there. Available for any help you could need, check in, activities, restaurants, etc. September is off season. "As gorgeous as these pics are, you may, like us, think you’ve arrived at the wrong house. Really splendid. A vacation layer cake of a house. Full view of beach and water (thru public access), not just the sunset “slit” you see here. All day bodyboarding in warm water, regatta of sups, boards etc. these hosts SHARE. Warm pool overlooking sea. Sprawling outdoor entertainment area, fully stocked, substantial sofas, shade. home’s Interior elegant and soulful, as if shaped by an artist over time....
