“The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).”

“AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!”

“The hotel is beautiful and located on a perfect beachfront. The lead up is a 'no-eggs-allowed' cobblestone drive. Room: We booked a ground level beachfront with a yard, plunge pool, deck chairs umbrella, fire pit with seating with access to the adult pool and beach. Room was large and clean, but not ready for our party. More later. The shower/bathtub is fully enclosed and has floor to ceiling glass facing outside, with a remote controlled privacy blind, and same (with door) on the inside. This……

“This was a quiet place to be able to retreat to after partying at El Malecon. Quite peaceful and affordable. They have a house cat named Benito who just chills and sleeps. ”
