"Just a few minutes walk to the riverfront with a beautiful view of the NY skyline. Over all a great stay, will recommend! Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 1,3 & 5. "Lovely building and apartment with easy access to bus and ferry. On the fifth floor and without an elevator. Apartment was clean and slept four. Building has washer/dryer in the basement - requires quarters and no change machine on site. Window units in bedrooms, but not in living room."

"Quiet, safe, neighborhood. One block from Washington, where you can get anything you want, including great food of any type. A J was great with respect to communicating all needed information very clearly and promptly. Fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, silverware, bowls, etc."

"The place was exactly as described and very clean! Across the street is an Aldi & Shop Rite. Nearby on JFK Boulevard is a bus stop that has a shuttle to NYC Port Authority for $3.50 (Gate 51). You can save 50 cents on tickets if you buy them at Port Authority Window 23. The location was quiet and convenient, and the owner definitely took pains to ensure everything was perfect and was very nice when we spoke. Would stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

"Me and some friends stayed for the west indian parade. We didn't know what to expect, but surprisingly that was one of the best stay we had as a group. Owner was awesome and everything was on point. If you are visiting the American Dream Mall and NY, I highly recommend staying there. this place"

"We had gone to the meadowlands for a concert and needed a place to stay the night. Apt was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in process got mixed up and I was given the wrong apt number. It was very late when we arrived, 12:30 am, but the property manager answered my messages and even called us to help us get into the apt and apologized for the mix up. The reason I didn’t rate this higher is you can’t control the thermostat. It does say it in the reviews but it had been a very hot day...

"The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature."
