“Parking lot full. No one around to check in. Guy was not in office or in room. Some dangerous looking guys hanging out. We left as we did not feel safe.”

“Rooms very clean and comfy. Hot tub is nice and hot. We were told house keeping would be in to clean every 3rd day of out stay to ask the desk if we needed anything. No problem. So we didn't put up our do not disturb sign. However, the next day we came back to our room to find staff had been in our room to replenish towels. We didn't need. So do not disturb is needed regardless. No toilet paper or kleenex were left though that is what was needed. So we n just got from front desk. Worst……

“We could not figure out how to control the heater. No glasses, kleenex, in the room. TV was great. Only one door lock worked. Blanket was more of a summer weight. Room appeared to have recently painted. Great!”

“Incredibly decorated home. Loved staying here. ”

“Room was clean. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.”

“Loved the place, very clean and updated! It was a perfect location for what we were there for. The host responded quickly to questions. ”

“They allowed my dog but did try to charge me a pet fee even though the website clearly said pets stay free. ”
