"Great Breakfast, nice clean rooms."

"The hotel room was comfortable however the shower felt like you were at a car wash pressure washing yourself. It was not a relaxing shower after a long flight but felt like you were in a crowd control situation. The shuttle to the airport and back. They have one, they do not use the two to rotate through LAX. Their drivers are not the greatest, we literally backed into something leaving the resort and before we got onto one of the vans, the driver said “the next shuttle will be here in a 1/2 hour”, he closed his door to finish his shift in a closed shuttle bus away from people. This is confusing when the hotel staff told us the shuttle would just be leaving. Just not a good setup overall, and could be better."

"The room was in poor condition. The bed was horrible, so uncomfortable. Shower was a mess, drain was not working properly, difficult to get hot water. Toilet paper handle had a piece lose. Staff up front were very friendly and the best part of the stay."

"Bar/restaurant was nice. Staff was excellent. Some traffic noise throughout the night."
