Room was very nice and comfortable. The outside of the hotel was not great looking and the area was a bit sketchy but the hotel rooms were nice, the staff were excellent and it was fairly quiet

If you really needed a place just to spend one night and do not care too much about cleanliness as you won't be in the room much. This is an affordable place to book. However, I probably wouldn't recommend it

Probably they need to be under a professional management, they should go for seminars how to treat customers, and how to approach to customers, literally they should sale that business and take off we customers deserved better.

I am very dissappointed. I felt like we should have had some compensation for the problems with the room. To have blood on a towel is a hazard. It is un acceptable. I will be reporting this to the heath department.
