I was disappointed to find my room dirty. I had to take a cloth and wash all the tables and surfaces. There were ? Pop stains on the tables. Bathroom was ok but not sparkling like the last time I stayed there. Breakfast is great and the dining room staff are so friendly and welcoming.

The staff was fabulous. I had a very early flight and they gave me all the information I needed to be sure I could catch a bus early enough to check in. The clerk at the gift shop was very helpful. Restaurant staff were great! Thank you!

We arrived in London shortly after 6 am. It took a while to go through Heathrow and get to the hotel. We did have to wait for a room, but the staff was accommodating and our room was ready in about an hour. This gave us an opportunity to grab a quick nap and then discover London.

We use this hotel as there is a covered walkway to Terminal 4 with train service from there to other terminals. Rooms are small but adequate. On this trip the sofa was covered in stains. It was disgusting.,

This is the second time that we stayed in this hotel. The location is surely very conveniently if you need to catch a morning flight. The hotel is very clean and complimentary breakfast is a big plus. Coffee served at the breakfast was very good. It would be perfect if fresh fruit other than apple, orange, or banana are served.
