Great hotel to at while in London. Right in central London close to many shops, restaurants and cafes. Also right around the corner from Victoria station. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. There is a continental breakfast that was very good as well. Great stay!

A great property in several older style residences that have been updated with modern conveniences. The staff were accommodating and engaging. Victoria Coach Station is close by and Victoria Station for the underground and trains was a comfortable walk away. Will definitely return.

Property is located very close to Victoria Station. It was about a 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and London Eye. Underground stations and bus routes very close. Popular tour routes are near as well. The property is actually a remodeled London Town home popular in the 1800s so rooms are small in comparison to today’s hotels. Bathrooms are very modern. Electric kettle and tea are in room. Staff are very helpful in arranging tours and transportation.

Clean room with excellent air conditioning. And mostly near transportation. Victoria Station is a few steps from the hotel, convenient for bus transport to Heathrow Airport and day-trip excursions like Bath and Stonehenge.

Great location close to transportation and comfortable walking distance to landmarks. Cute facade and window balcony on my room. The rooms have AC which I don’t believe is common, so that’s a plus. The room does not have shampoo or washcloths so I suggest bringing some. Front desk lent an iron for my stay which was a nice touch. Front desk staff were very helpful and rooms nearly made up when requested

I went with a group of two myself and my girlfriend we are two female friends not a couple so it doesn't exactly give me that option so I chose group of two. The staff was very helpful in every way helped us with our luggage, we missed breakfast but I tend to think it would have been good. The room was small but very nice everything updated and convenient.

We had a great stay! Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent location, numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning worked really good! We were thankful for that as it was a heat wave when we went.
