A great find! The hotel was immaculate and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious but it's a small area so tables were at a premium and the food disappeared quickly. Rooms were quite small and very basic, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Great value overall.

The staff was nice, the place was nice and clean, there is parking for a fee, there was a smart TV and we watched some Netflix, there was a AC unit too. The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy but the hotel is cool for the price we paid Breakfast was nice as well

I liked that it had most of the things you expect in a hotel, AC, private toilet. The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly. I was alone, and my only thing I didn’t like, was on days when breakfast was busy, the smaller tables, for one (or two) persons, seemed to be placed in awkward places.

Good hotel, rooms are clean and bathrooms are smartly tiled. Bed in a single room is closer in size to a double bed. The free cooked breakfast (cereals also available) is a nice touch and makes it a more compelling proposition. However, it’s in a noisy location (immediately off a main road), is nearly 15 min walk from Forest Gate Elizabeth Line and rooms are a bit tired.
