3 month minimum rental no smoking no pets. We are renting our turnkey condo fully furnished including all utilities. There are beautiful views of the bay, marina and the gulf. Walk to the private beach, chairs on the sand or kayak in the bay. The deck offers stunning views of the bay & marina.
