We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. “The room smelled like smoke and the window was difficult to open to air out the smell. Once opened, it was very loud outside. The hot tub was brown inside and in need of a refinish and a repair to the bubble system. The staff was helpful and the bed was reasonable. ”
