The room was too hot and the website did not say that there’s no AC in the room, when I checked in the staff did not mention about not having AC neither so when I get to the room and found out it was very hot, I went downstairs to the reception and compain about it but the staff was very unprofessional and condescending, I still left and went to a different hotel

Property is old dilapidated and service was awful from the moment I stepped in. The room was not cleaned, linen and towels never changed my entire stay.

Great place to stay. Low price. Right near Santa Monica beach. 1 queen bed per room. Bathrooms/showers are shared and seperate mens/womens. Bathrooms are located on both floors. Hotel is 2 floors. There is no eleavtor and upstairs rooms require stair use. In a quiet residential neighborhood. Coffee shops across street in walking distance. Free onsite parking. Non-smoking facility and property. Front desk staff was friendly. Booked 4 rooms for 8 total guests in travel party. Check in after 3pm. Check out before 11am. Hotel has secure entry. Have stayed at this property on 2 visits to Santa Monica. Best deal and value in the area.

No restroom in your room. The Plumbing was messed up. The women's bathroom and the accessible bathroom toilet was over flowing.

Hallway sound was very loud, needed earplugs. Everything was super clean. Parking lot was very tight and our rental car was scraped by another guest trying to get out. Very convenient.

The check-in went smoothly and fast and I really liked my room. Yes, you have to share a bathroom, but it was very clean and I didn't have any problems with it. I had a good experience. There is plenty of free parking on their lot.

I love this place. I’ve stayed here many times and I have nothing bad to say. I have one suggestions for guests and that is to bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in. The walls are thin and you can hear all the other guests. Fine with me, but my boyfriend is the sleeper haha.
