“早餐還可以，床乾淨、舒服”

“Nice staff, nice stay”

“A lot of restaurants. ”

“clean, good location”

“Overall is pretty good. Nice paintings everywhere. Good location to visit scenes by walk. The only disadvantage that you might hear sounds from your neighbors. I love this place and hope will have chaclnce to be here again.”

“It was a horrible experience for our family. The check-in staff and staff in restaurant were nice and polite, apart from this, this hotel just did not fulfill the expectation on Sheraton brand. First, we arrived at the hotel at after 5pm, but the rooms were still not ready to check-in; the staff offered free breakfast for compensation. Next, when we came back to the hotel at night time and prepare to take a bath, there was no hot water supply in the entire hotel, we called the service hotline……

“寬敞舒適”

“Perfect location, friendly staff, excellent room and bed!!!”

“I had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott. I arrived around 19:00, and check-in was fast and smooth. The staff provided me with the room I booked without any issues. The room itself is spacious and well-maintained, with good amenities. If you need slippers or a toothbrush, just ask at the reception. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly during my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — right in downtown Ottawa, next to ByWard Market. There are plenty of dining options……

“Value for money”

“The location of Arlo is perfect, easy to access Rogers Centre and all the famous spots along the river. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, stable wifi and the continental breakfast. In addition, the staffs (Jessica and Dennis) are nice and helpful.”

“Excellent stay. Daily maid service was appreciated. Bed super comfortable. Amenities ( microwave / mini fridge ) made the stay comfortable. Staff were super helpful. Great location .. close to OLT . Would have liked a clock radio and a room upgrade as this was my second stay. Will recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable stay close to downtown.”
