“It doesn't mention anywhere on their site it's at the pool is not open. We're traveling with a small child and the pool was selling point for us! Who was closed I guess they're doing major renovations.”

“Stay was good, nice room. Rated at 4 Check in process disjointed, eg. Already have my CC in the system to pay for the room. The iPad app for "incidentals" had NONE of my information! No ability to at least scan my CC, Actually wanted me to enter ALL info over again - manually! Rated at 0/1 Lack of an elevator should be noted the your listings.”

“Very clean room and hotel. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Pool was nice and breakfast was great.”

“Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.”

“So obviously they have been remodeling. The new updated flooring looks so much better. The room we had ; had an old shower with mold. Definitely need to replace the showers! The tub in my room was AWESOME! I loved the lake view . Although during our stay our privacy “fence” broke so we really couldn’t enjoy it the next day. But they did send maintenance pretty fast to fix . Which was great! TVs are small, maybe a little update on TVs too! Staff was nice and friendly. Although they shouldn’t……

“A/c in my room didn’t work. Asked to change rooms and was told they couldn’t and they’d have maintenance fix the a/c which they didn’t ”

“Easy to find! Pretty area. Friendly staff!”

“Dirty rat hole! My bathroom was dirty and still had the previous guest’s hair all over. The tables in the room were dirty and the ice machine was disgusting. There were brown stains all over it as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years! I had to make sure that I kept closing the door all the way because it didn’t on its own. And there was one outlet to plug in chargers or whatever needed charging. Disgusting place! Nothing like the pictures online. ”

“Comfortable bed and pillows”

“I had booked a stay online. It took over 15 minutes to get into room as their card machine wouldn't work for incidentals. Additionally, I had three charges that were pending for almost a week, they ended up being resolved but was not a great overall for the stay. Breakfast very basic.”

“Very accommodating staff. The room was clean. No complaints ”

“Shower water is not hot enough and a little small.”

“The room was lovely: spacious, upgraded furniture, clean. It was a pleasant surprise despite dismal building exterior and landscaping.”
