We stayed 6 nights here and are very happy with our decision! The staff is very friendly. We had our breakfast every morning in the garden. They have brand new beach chairs, towels and umbrellas they will lend you for your stay which we used all the time. Rooms look like they were recently remodeled. The overall upkeep and cleanliness of this property was very good. Loved our time here!

Maui Coast Hotel was an ideal base in Kihei! It was centrally located right across the street from Kamaole I Beach, and while I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying anywhere in Kihei without a car, there were definitely places to eat and hang in walkable distance in both directions, and the hotel also offered a complementary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. This resort had several pools that were kid friendly.

Maui Seaside hotel is very clean they take great care of their landscaping. They have a great view and is close to the shops. Staff is friendly and they even have an airport shuttle for free.

Great family owned vacation cottage! Not walkable to restaurants but right across the street from a beautiful beach. They even provided beach chairs and an umbrella! Beautiful property grounds. Staff was beyond helpful and excellent! Couldn’t ask for a more hospitable and welcoming cottage for our trip. Highly recommend.

The hotel location was very convenient for our stay and easy access to all what you need - restaurants and groceries. Walking distance to Costco if you're its member and taking advantage of it, especially its gas price was much cheaper to the others when you have rental car like me. The hotel is very close to the airport, but I didn't feel much noise bothering my sleep there. Hotel parking is $10 per night for my stay. Ali'i Kai is just a short walk to my favorite cafe on Maui: That's a Wrap...and then from there just a short walk to one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Kihei. I used to live in an Ali'i Kai condo, so this was like coming home. Incredible, all-around!

We loved this suite! Eva and Jim, the property owners, went above and beyond any Bed and Breakfast I have ever been to. I have been to many B&Bs and this one is the absolute BEST! I would give them more stars if I could. They had an amazing extended continental breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, toast, pastries etc much more than we expected. The suite is beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. They truly have thought of everything down to having beach chairs/boards...

Enjoyable stay, affordable well kept facilities.

This lovely gem in the small town of Paia is centrally located well maintained and with pleasant staff it has a private 100 ft walkway to the beach. There is a phenomenal family style fish restaurant and a great flatbread pizzeria within 50 yards and a few shops. The Kahului airport is 6 miles away away

Bonus was there were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. We only used two chairs as our family were busy snorkeling or boarding away while 1-2 sat out and rested. Clean, right down from beach park 3...stocked pantry got some add-ons and pots and pans enough to allow us making most of our meals. Great times and great communication from host. Thanks! Lucas
