"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. "Lovely clean cottage near to the local amenities.Enclosed garden for dog and small children.Only one thing, notice on wall says not to allow pets upstairs however it is an open staircase, making it difficult to keep my dog downstairs when I am upstairs. A gate would have been useful."

"It was a lovely place to stay as we were up for a family wedding nearby there were 6 of us so we all fitted there comfortably. Our host was very nice and welcoming and there were a few treats for us to use as well which were very welcome.Would definitely stay here again for longer next time for a holiday,pretty central for visits to locations to view.Very happy with the facilities and location very quiet even though it is a working farm."

"Wonderful stay. Well equipped cottage in a great location with an abundance of walks right on your doorstep. Tip: Local shop serves only basic items and supermarkets are quite a distance away. I would recommend doing your supermarket shop before arriving. "

"The house was very well appointed, modern, warm, with its own off street parking space, and perfectly situated very close to Betws-y-Coed but sufficiently distanced from it to escape the tourist traffic and crowds. It is situated in a small village in complete silence. Very peaceful."
