When he finally did attend to us, it felt like his mind was someplace else because he kept repeating himself and talking with the other staff member. When we checked out, the front desk attendee did not ask whether we enjoyed our stay, if there were any problems, what room we were in, etc. It was a very hurried and non-personal experience.
