"Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the evening and a safe location with gated parking. The room overlooks the marina with amazing views of the ocean using the telescope from the bedroom...

"stayed 2 weeks, Property as described, nice touch having the kitchen whizz to knock up cocktails, room suited the needs, plenty of space, great views from the lanai, overlooking downtown, Friday night fireworks and sun set, have stayed at Island Colony previously due to location, and pool / spa. Got caught out a little by not reading fine print on bookabatch commission, this should be included in the price :( overall though would recommend this apt."

"We stayed at this unit for 7 nights. Great location. Our 15 yr old daughter stayed on the fold our sofa while bedroom was comfortable with a queen bed (& extra twin) for my wife and I. One block to the Waikīkī beach & a few blocks from the zoo & close to all the great restaurants along the Waikiki strip. Kitchen is set up well for cooking meals & balcony has nice view of ocean, diamond head & pool below. No complaints."

"- pros: a bidet!, mountain view is nice, the condo is spacious, it's a studio, but you don't feel like you sleep in the kitchen. The location is amazing - close to Ala Moana park, car rental in the building, luggage storage and ABC across the street. No physical door key was very convenient. - cons: cockroaches in the kitchen, had to keep all edibles and clean dishes in the fridge. Cracked paint, not sparkling clean. Bathtub could use some scrubbing. "

"The room and entire facility were pretty great. The only things that were a bit bothersome in the room were the lights, air conditioning, and lack of shower products. The bathroom was only at about 30% so I took a light bulb from a lamp so we could see ourselves in the bathroom. "Rooms were nice and roomy for our large group. Sofa bed, is well , a sofa bed, fine for smaller guests. Kitchen didn't have measuring spoons or cups. Knifes were dull. Lobby and hallways are kept clean. Rooms where very clean upon arrival. Close walk to beach, parks, restaurants, shopping. Rooms we booked had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. We would always check before showering if anyone else needed the bathroom first. "
