"They don’t serve eggs for breakfast. They don’t leave water bottles in the room. Their phone chargers doesn’t work. You have to be ready for your stay. The staffs are treated badly by the manager. He was insulting them infront of guest . When I was there one house maid was crying because of manager’s insult . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "

"The internet is fast. The staff is efficient, but I would not call them friendly. Rooms are small. It is a conveniently located destination for transiting in/out of the airport. Good restaurants nearby."

"We decided on this hotel because it had airport shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle was on time for both pick up and drop off however interior of this van was very neglected for all the stains on the seats . Please shampoo! Food was just ok . Would be nice to have bacon and omelettes served. Perhaps stir fried potatoes (hash browns) Our room was clean . Would be nice to have paper plates and cutlery as we had food to prepare in our room. "I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Brampton. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the overall ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff truly stood out for their hospitality-everyone was friendly, and attentive, and eager to help. Their warm service made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the excellent amenities, including the gym and pool, which were both clean and well equipped. The dining options were great, with fresh and tasty selections that made meals convenient and enjoyable during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was very helpful. Overall, everything from the ambience to the amenities and service exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Place Brampton to anyone visiting the area.
