Fab location

"The location of The Jewel is fabulous. One can walk everywhere. Room was nice though could have used new carpeting and armchair (stained) and at that price point, I would prefer the room to be done each day. Having said that, Hotel Staff was very helpful and made up for a lot of above."

"The rooms are exactly what you'd expect: small, but very functional for the space. Unfortunately, the beds aren't terribly comfortable, and the way the window shutters are designed it's almost impossible to get true blackout. It's a bit quieter than average for an NYC hotel.
