“Wifi was compromised, started receiving scam calls the second i connected to the wifi. The walls were dirty and unclean. The ceiling had cobwebbs with insects and debris inside. The breakfast served was just ordered from the McDonald's next door. The bathroom smelled, and the neighboring unit had really bad case of vomiting very loudly next door. As if thats not all bad enough, they used angle grinders to do remodel during our stay. Dont pay the rate they ask on the site.”

“I booked for room facing the swimming pool but I didn't get it right. They gave me a room on 17th floor not facing the pool only city view. Room is quiet good and comfy except that no TV remote control provided, no extra bed, lacking kitchen utensils like knife, exhaust in kitchen not working. But the owner is very kind accommodating and responsive. ”

“I didn’t stay because the condo was misrepresented by the owner. Hotels.com worked with me to achieve satisfaction on refund solution. I strongly suggest that no one stay at this inferior location. Hotel.com will continue to be my app of choice when traveling. ”
