“I loved the artistic simplicity of the entire environment. The staff was not professional (AI is professional), they were better! Relaxed, relatable, very familiar with all aspects of what the property offered. I absolutely loved the room and the staff. One thing though, not enough parking spaces to accommodate their visitors. But what they did was attempt to make space when possible. But that one thing is huge if you are returning after 8 or 9 at night.”

“The breakfast is one of the best we have had but the hot tube was not very pleasant, the power of the bubbles is practically nothing, it is not hot only the water is warm and it is outside. They gave us only a small soap for 4 days and there was only a roll of toilet paper that was already used. There wasn't enough soap, shampoo or toilet paper!”

“Great customer service and very clean. It can do better with the coffee.. there was no regular creamer.. or extending their cafe hours”

“Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn.”

“I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.”
