"Wonderful stay overall. The hot tub wasn't ready for us, and when I called vacasa, they explained that it was guest responsibility to turn on and wait for it to get to temperature. I don't think I'll return because of how that was handled. Home and location and hot tub was lovely. Rode horses on the beach nearby."

The host responded to my call promptly and assisted me with kindness and professionalism. This was my first Vrbo rental, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out great.
