Perfect little clean house!

The house was clean, owner was great at responding and we all just really loved the house. It also was a lot more spacious than we were expecting inside, and the backyard was huge just like the photos showed. Great place to stay!

A Perfect Vacation Retreat in Paradise!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing vacation rental! The backyard was an oasis getaway (my kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub :) very clean and host was very responsive with anything we needed. House was well stocked and comfortable after a long day of adventuring! Close to Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda which we frequented. Marathon is amazing do not sit in this rental for the price and location it’s a dream! We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay in Marathon

The house was very comfortable and met our needs nicely. But the best part about this property is the back yard. The pool was warm and refreshing for February and the hot tub was relaxing. The fenced in back yard is very large, private and quiet with the exception of occasional planes flying into Marathon airport. Jeancarlos was a great host ensuring that all our needs were met.

Excellent house for a Keys vacation

This house is roomy, clean, and located perfectly in Marathon for anywhere in the Keys you may want to travel to. The hot tub, pool, and grill were well used by us all, and communication with the host was immediate and friendly. We will stay there again on next trip to the Florida Keys.

Perfect Vacation Home !

We absolutely loved this home, so cozy and just overall a perfect place. A very convenient location, a publix and winn dixie are right across the street. Sombrero beach is super close as well. Definitely looking to book same time next year !

Excellent Stay!!!!!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week 2024. The house is immaculate! It is so clean and well stocked with supplies that you may need. The bed was super comfortable and provided us with great nights of sleep. We LOVED the backyard of this home. There are yard games, a pool, and our personal favorite, a fantastic hot tub. This has been hands down our favorite place to stay! We cannot wait to stay here again. 10/10 stars!

If your looking to stay in the keys. Look no further. Prime location to all of the things but the backyard itself is paradise!! House is extemely clean and cozy! Fully stocked, close to local beaches, stores and fun things for the family! So happy we chose this place and would give it a 10 out of 10!

Wonderful

Perfect size home for our family of three. Clean, cozy and cute. Loved all the attention to details. Communication with the property manager was easy and location was just down the road from great local restaurants, the 7 mile bridge, Sombrero Beach and The Aquarium. We would love to visit again.

Great House for A Getaway

My Boyfriend and I came down to the Keys for a wedding. Picked this place to stay for the trip. The property was great, clean, and very welcoming. The hot tub was very relaxing after long days, and the location was right around from this nice health food cafe. Loved that each bedroom had a full bath. Would definitely recommend, and would book again.

Beautiful and comfortable home!

My family and I loved staying here! The home was clean, organized, and provided everything we needed! The backyard was our favorite spot. Having the pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake for our trip, my daughter loved getting in the pool every day! Having the kayaks to use was another huge bonus! Communication with the property manager was always prompt and pleasant!

Backyard Oasis

Everything in the listing was completely accurate. Halfway point in the Keys. The home was very clean. Air Conditioning was spot on. We used the pool/hottub a lot. Surprised how much we used the hot tub as almost every day it was clear and hot. Although it didn’t bother us, the home is located in the direct path of a variety of planes jets and helicopters landing at Airport nearby. Noise was quite loud and may scare some dogs. Our Morkie had no issues. Definitely would rent property again.

Absolutely Amazing

Me, my husband and our 2 miniature daschunds stayed for just under two weeks at Jean Carlos' property. It is absolutely incredible. The house itself is immaculate and clean. The beds are super comfy. The Backyard was our absolute favourite. The pool is incredible and the perfect temperature. The BBQ was a great addition and super easy to use. Just a great atmosphere and vibe of the whole place. The little covered area was great too. Honestly, not many bugs either - we got bitten everywhere else we went, away from the property. The area itself is really great - our favourites to see/do nearby: Dolphin Research Centre, Coco Beach, Sombrero Beach, Crane point right next door. Sunrise/Sunset walk on 7 mile bridge. A really dog friendly area. Lots of great restuarants and places to eat. Also 2 great gyms nearby for fitness lovers. We would most definitely stay here again.Jean Carlos was a very great host! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great holiday and a little escape.

A slice of heaven

This property was a beautiful, well appointed location. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is taco truck and a bar located one street over. One street in the opposite direction is a health food store with a cafe. It was such a beautiful place to have as a home base.

Marathon getaway

The property was convenient located in the heart of Marathon close to grocery stores and restaurants. A taco truck and tiki bar was only a block away. The house was very roomy with a large fenced in back yard, pool and hot tub. Plenty of items for the beach as well. The best beach in the Keys is literally a 5 min drive away. We were very pleased with our stay and recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in the fabulous Keys.

Marathon Key Gem

The house had ample room and was very clean and uncluttered. But the backyard/porch was an oasis. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and games. We also had use of a paddleboard, cooler, umbrella and beach chairs when we visited the pristine Sombrero Beach. We also were less than a block away from a cute Tiki bar and Taco truck where we met many friendly people. This was a great vacation property!

Marathon!

I have a lot to talk about this property! Is a really nice house! Everything was very clean! Great location in marathon! Beautiful back yard! My kids really enjoyed! Love the pool and hot tub! But the only thing we didn’t like about this house is that it has cameras in the entrance door! And I feel that there is not much privacy!

Exactly what we needed.

We have a 13 yo boy & 18 yo twin girls. We all loved the house and used the pool and hot tub every day. House was stocked with everything we needed, including towels, coolers, beach chairs/umbrella for days at the beach. Easy drive to Key West. Pay attention to garbage day on Monday, in case you arrive a few days ahead.

February in Marathon

Spent the month of February at Jean Carlos house. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a great stay. I’m an early riser and I loved hanging out in the hot tub with my coffee. The pool was perfect after a couple of hours of bike riding or a day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The house is close to the grocery, restaurants and the beach. Make sure you check out the Tiki bar behind the house on the next block which has music on Tuesday and Thursday night. Get a lobster Reuben at Key fisheries or couch fritters at The Steak and Lobster, try the barbecue and beer at Herbie’s just like on triple D. Breakfast at the wooden spoon and sunsets at the Lazy Daze. Go boating, fishing and kayaking. Don’t forget to check out Key West. The keys are loaded with fun.
