“The front desk was friendly, room clean and quiet, breakfast was wonderful. Traveled with a pet and pet area was clean too but no bags. Everything was wonderful though”

“THIS is a brand I have always been able to trust for quality and good value for my money. But I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of my room, hallways and elevators. Then there was no hairdryer in my room, the TV channels are limited and don't match the menu, and you can see through the bath towels, I wasn’t impressed and will rethink HIE next time. After reporting my concerns, I received the following from someone in management- “As most of our guests are road crews, railroad workers and……
