Nothing dazzling, but just what is needed for a simple beach holiday. Clean room and bathroom, convenient parking and barely a minute walk from the beach and the top end (20th street) of the boardwalk.

Multiple times no front desk staff available, Internet service EXTREMELY poor, which is unacceptable given the price of the room. Also main restaurant closed and “free breakfast “ which was pre paid came from the bar. Room also looks much better on the website than in person. Not fully clean, hairs on bathroom floor from last person. On the plus side bar staff was very nice . Outdoor pool appeared clean.

All in all, the location is amazing. I do feel that the price is comparable to other hotels near the boardwalk. The hotel offers little to no amenities, however, and the front desk is only staffed for part of the day. This makes it difficult when you come back to your room and realize after staffing hours that you have only been provided two towels for four adults or you run out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. These items should be available at all hours but instead they're locked up until the housekeeping staff arrive the next morning, which is typically between 10am and 11am. Finally, if you're a taller or larger individual, I recommend requesting a room with a full sized bathroom. Some of the rooms provide only a toilet and shower stall tucked away in a tiny closet with the sink outside of the bathroom. The shower stall is actually 1/3 the size of the outdoor shower, which makes it very difficult to maneuver. .

Real good air-conditioning and the staff was polite and friendly
