“The hotel is amazing. Lots of effort into the ambiance and aesthetic. The staff are next level, with very personable and excited attitudes. It’s very welcoming from check in to out. The room is pretty outdated overall, but still really a magnificent view. It was a great stay and we’d love to come back. ”

“No staff in lobby for check in and no one to help with luggage. Shower is inconsistent and do NOT order from Resort Fee refund. They trick you. ”

“Bungalow 4 is a joke. It reeks of chlorine, the AC is super loud and you have view if the tv screen over the pool. It feels like they turned a maintenance closet into a room. Its sucks, the hotel sucks, we left early and went somewhere else”
