"Great place to stay. Easy check in. We were able to bring our dogs with us which was a highlight for us. Cute and cozy place. The only thing we would report is the step into the bathroom. There is a hazard strip on it to alert you going into the bathroom, but nothing to remind you of the step going out of the bathroom. Great location. Only minutes from downtown and great food"

"There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral.
Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard,
DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people
Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working
