“WOW, does not even come CLOSE!!!!!!! EXCEPTIONAL STAFF, cleanest room EVER, and QUIET QUIET QUIET!!!!!!! This place is off the beaten path, and hands down, a hidden gem!!! We travel through Oskaloosa often, and appreciate the community there. However, we will be staying here from now on!!! We visit Tassel Ridge Winery every chance we get, and enjoy a GREAT, local breakfast in Oskaloosa at Julies Cafe.”

“Every Relaxing! Extremely Peaceful! You will need to love the great out doors to enjoy your stay snd the sweet sounds of Nature. The walk to your venue is a journey so be sure you are in shape to do so. The lighting at night is dim. You may need a flashlight. Sue the home owner is a wonderful lady ”

“Great place! We (group of 5 women) stayed here in February 2026. It was perfect for us. One block from downtown shopping, restaurants and activities. We walked everywhere. Beds were comfortable, super clean (even the basement!), seating in the living room was great for conversation, kitchen was well stocked, nice coffee bar, bedrooms were large, driveway fit all 5 cars, great game room, plush towels, well stocked bathroom amenities (including black washcloths for makeup! Yes!), good water……

The kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and the pool noodles. We spent a lot of time together jumping off the docks and floating around. The fire pit area was wonderful.”
