"Absolutely loved our stay! Communication was fantastic Cabin was very nice and clean, they supplied TP, paper towels, hand pump soap, shampoo, conditioner,body wash which was so helpful! We definitely needed a longer stay! The area has so much to do! Loved Fonta Flora Brewery, which was only a few minutes down the road. Same with a beach to go swimming a few minutes down the road. Great location! Thank you for being awesome hosts! Hope to be back!Highly recommend"

"Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

"The MOST incredible place. The view is unbeatable. The amenities Michael provides were wonderful. There were s’mores supplies with plenty of firewood provided for us and a fresh charcuterie board waiting in the fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of and Michael was right there to answer any questions we had and to just check in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is cozy, warm, and comfortable. It was such a secluded spot and we enjoyed every minute. After a long day of exploring the Blue Ridge mountains, we could not wait to arrive at our little “home”. Would 1000% recommend and if/when we are back in NC we will definitely stay here again."

"The views from the cabin were as advertised, breathtaking. Accommodations were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and check-in was a breeze. The hot tub took a small amount of communication with the host to get up and running but was worth the effort. The landscaping around the property was overgrown but this was only a minor inconvenience. Will definitely be back."
