"Breakfast was bad coffee, cold cereal, and stale muffins. Otherwise, a friendly, comfortable stay. But if this is the best they can do for a breakfast, they would be better off to drop the breakfast altogether and offer just coffee made fresh NOT FROM THAT AWFUL MACHINE. Our stay would have been 5 star had they not offered that yucky breakfast."

"You could that Noone deep cleaned the room. BUT,the room had clean beds,hot showers and cold ac. They say online that they have a continental breakfast and coffee pots in the rooms. No coffee pot. The owners said no coffee or sugar in rooms. As for the continental breakfast, It's a pot of coffee,and a few muffins. The parking lot is a disaster. Uneven surfaces where they filled in the old pool,I'm guessing,and higher than normal parking barriers. I tripped over one the first day and fell onto my knees in the parking lot. Leaving me with a knee injury that had me limping the whole trip and still with issues even after getting home. The reason we stayed was because it was affordable. The staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and safe. So,far from perfect,but still we would stay there again."

"Our only real complaint would be the servers in the restaurants. Our fortieth anniversary dinner in the Chalet Restaurant was dampened by a distracted waitress that had to be asked numerous times for water and cocktail napkins for our glasses that were sweating all over our table and dripping on our clothes. Our food came to us lukewarm so we didn’t even stay for dessert. Our first night there I made reservations for The Pub not knowing they only had high top tables which are not comfortable for one of us due to a medical condition. The hostess told me we couldn’t be seated in the Taproom because that was not what I reserved. When I questioned our server about it she said it was because there was only one server in the Taproom and when I pointed out that serving only had two people seated in that area she pretty much just ignored me. Besides our dining experiences we loved Switzerland Inn. We loved our view and our balcony!!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of choices. Everything was pleasant from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers!"

"Everything you need and nothing you don't! Conveniently located for the event we were attending. Great sized room for two people with a large closet, luggage storage options, microwave, mini fridge, even a sink in the kitchenette. Only complaint was lack of workable blackout curtains and all of the fixtures seemed lose even though they still were functional. Would stay again!"
