“When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. The railing going up the stairs was wobbly and made us feel uncomfortable. Both my wife and I are in our mid 70’s and had a hard time with……

“The property was clean, well maintained and quiet. My room was the same, bed was very comfortable, and had a couple different types of pillows to choose from (I prefer medium/firm, and there was 2 of those, as well as 2 soft, already provided without having to ask). Shower/bathroom was clean and no shortage of hot water, definitely made for unwinding at the end of a busy work trip enjoyable and relaxing. Staff was helpful and very courteous, always polite and ready to help if I needed anything.……

“This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. There was a coffee maker and tea, grill on the patio, and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner each day of our stay with……

“this is a wonderful cabin. I give it five stars quiet ambience in the trees. The only thing we are bummed out about no fireplace. But beyond that, I would definitely stay there again.”
