“We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better.”

“Most wonderful and friendly staff but u had so many glitches with housekeeping that dampens my spirit about the place. I ask for extra towels (tip of $7)- and ask the GM in the hallway and hear her even walkie talkie about it & no towels. Next day no service and the next day they left me without ANY toilet tissue. That’s too many misses. ”

“Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Not as much for breakfast. Get there at least 15 min before the scheduled end (9:30 on weekdays). I walked in at 9:15 and some items were already gone. I had to ask for jelly. By 9:25 all the food was gone and by 9:30 the chairs were on top of the tables. Others were fooled as well.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. They did explain to us that the hotel is going to be renovated soon, which it desperately needs. Our bathroom wasn’t in good shape at all. They had no extra pillows and no extra blankets. The morning breakfast was nothing to write about. Maybe once they get it renovated it would be worth trying again just because of the staff.”

“Older motel that is clean. Everything worked as it was supposed to. I had a nice quiet 2 night stay.”

“This property is undergoing a total renovation. The pictures at the Expedia web site and what the property will look like not what it looks like now. The lobby was bare, no TV, No breakfast, double beds not queen. The Days Inn was very very old. ”

“Hotel not too bad but definitely probably the loudest one I’ve ever stayed at. I could hear people’s conversations clearly as they walked by my hotel room. ”
