“The AC unit was not working properly. The fan would blow for a couple minutes then stop. The room ended up being rather stuffy all night long. It was also a handicapped accessible room, but the handheld shower head would not work and the shower itself leaked all over the bathroom floor due to poor design. We expected so much better from a Hampton. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast provided… just like most of your competitors.”

“This hotel is extremely outdated, and ran down. I guess it wouldn’t be terrible if you’re just passing through and need something better than a car to sleep in, however bed wasn’t much more comfortable. Room was dirty and unwelcoming. We got bit by what I’m assuming was mosquitoes. (Did check for bed bugs and no signs of them) stains on blankets, pillows and pillow cases. Stains and chipped paint on walls. Bathroom, I went and bought Lysol wipes before using the toilet or showering. The shower……
