“This hotel isn't terrible, but we wouldn't stay there again. There are no on-site staff, so no one to help you directly, which was a problem multiple times for us. The first time, I used a number on the hotel website and was connected with someone off-site who knew nothing about the hotel property and couldn't help me. The second time, I called a different number, which was listed on a sheet of paper we were given, and the person on the other end yelled "HELLO?!" into the phone like they were……

The rooms are clean well presented and very comfortable Beds are very comfortable and always cleaned daily Very friendly staff who will help with every need and want. “The hosts were wonderful and the Inn itself is lovely. It's just a short distance from Elmora, Guelph, or Waterloo so it's an ideal location.”

“Bathroom was very dirty. Toilet didn't look like it been cleaned and the tile floor around the toilet had urine spots all around the toilet. Also shower was dirty.”

“Excellent stay; welcoming, clean, quiet. I am disappointed however that after eating the buffet breakfast, my Mastercard was charge. I had spoken to two staff; one in the restaurant and one at the front desk who both confirmed the breakfast was complimentary. Needless to say, toast and eggs do not meet the expectations of the cost.”

“My room was clean and comfortable. The outside noise from the highway was not noticeable in the room at all and the blackout curtains kept the room dark for sleeping. The fridge was good but the freezer didn't keep my ice packs frozen. Microwave and coffee maker in the room worked fine. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I'd stay there again.”

“Hotel correct, bien pour 2 nuits mais pas plus. Bruyant, mais pas la faute de l'hotel mais plus aux parents qui ont laissé leur fils faire la fête et hurler jusqu'a minuit. Stationnement trop petit si on arrive tard le soir. Petit déjeuner ordinaire. Lit propre et salle de bain correct. La toilette avait une fuite et la clim placé au dessus du lavabo, c'est pas le top,”
