This was especially uncomfortable because of having young kids. Another criticism, though not as important, is that the breakfast area got extremely crowded in the am. "Our stay was ok. Check in was good. Room was ok and very quiet. It was clean but dark. The walls are painted a dark slate with similar colour blinds and tiles in the bathroom. It had a pool view but being tucked into a corner behind an access ramp made it feel very dark, even with the sun in the morning shining in. The beds are a little soft and the furnishings are heavily scratched and need to be resurfaced. Restaurant is excellent and we highly recommend it. Location is great for access to downtown and shopping."
